By accessing or using Contant Brain ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contant Brain provides AI-powered social media content generation and scheduling for local businesses. Features include content creation, image generation, scheduling, publication to Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook), and lead capture.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in EUR. A 7-day free trial is offered. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) generate content that violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures; (d) use automated access except through our official API.
You retain ownership of your business information and any content generated through the Service. Contant Brain retains no ownership rights over your generated content.
The Service integrates with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Stripe, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
